2. What data we collect

During the pre-launch phase, we collect only:

• Email address — provided when you join the waitlist
• User type — whether you selected “visitor” or “advertiser”
• Timestamp — when you signed up

We do not collect your name, IP address, location, or any other personal data through the waitlist form. We do not use cookies or tracking technologies on this pre-launch page.

3. Why we collect it

We use your email address solely to notify you when Euro City Escorts launches. If you selected “advertiser”, we may also send information about listing your profile. We will not use your email for any other purpose.

4. Legal basis

We process your data based on your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given when you voluntarily submit the waitlist form. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at privacy@eurocityescorts.com.

5. Who has access to your data

Your data is stored securely with our database provider, Supabase Inc., which acts as a data processor on our behalf. Supabase stores data in EU-region infrastructure. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party for marketing or other purposes.

6. How long we keep it

We retain your waitlist data until one of the following:

• We send the launch notification and you have taken action (signed up or not)
• You request deletion
• 12 months after collection, whichever comes first

After this period, your data is permanently deleted.

7. Your rights under GDPR

As an EU resident, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Rectification — correct any inaccurate data
• Erasure — request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”)
• Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting prior processing
• Data portability — receive your data in a structured format
• Lodge a complaint — with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl

8. Security

Your data is transmitted over HTTPS encryption and stored in a database with row-level security policies. Access to waitlist data is restricted to administrators only. We follow industry-standard security practices to protect against unauthorised access, alteration, or destruction.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the full platform launches. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date. Significant changes affecting your rights will be communicated via the email address you provided.
