Euro City Escorts (“the Platform”) is an advertising directory. We provide a platform where independent escorts and agencies can advertise their services, and where visitors can browse listings. We are not an escort agency. We do not employ escorts, arrange meetings, broker bookings, or participate in any transaction between advertisers and visitors.

2. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website. By accessing the site or joining the waitlist, you confirm that you are 18 or older. In jurisdictions where the age of majority is higher, the local minimum age applies.

3. Pre-launch waitlist

The waitlist collects your email address to notify you when the platform launches. By submitting the form, you consent to receiving a launch notification email from us. You may unsubscribe at any time by contacting privacy@eurocityescorts.com. We will send only launch-related communications — no marketing spam.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or automated data through any form on this site
• Attempt to access, modify, or delete data belonging to other users
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the site
• Attempt to exploit, probe, or test vulnerabilities in our systems
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

6. Disclaimer of liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you have paid to us, if any.

7. Advertiser responsibilities

When the platform launches, advertisers will be required to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and acting of their own free will
• Provide truthful information and use only photos they own or are authorised to use
• Comply with all applicable laws in their country of operation
• Not advertise services that are illegal in their jurisdiction

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or our platform standards, without notice or refund.

8. Content moderation

All profiles will be reviewed before publication. We reserve the right to reject, remove, or suspend any listing at our discretion. Users can report content that violates our standards through the reporting system (available at launch).

9. Termination

We may restrict or terminate your access to the platform at any time, for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may stop using the platform at any time. If you wish to have your waitlist data deleted, contact privacy@eurocityescorts.com.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be submitted to the competent court in The Hague, the Netherlands.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via the email address on file.
